- A deposit of 50% of service cost is required to reserve your spa appointment and will be applied to your service total at the time of checkout.
- Cancellations and changes to appointments require a 24-hour notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged a fee of 50% cost of service when notification times are not met, resulting in a forfeit of your deposit.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Please be aware that late arrivals will not be guaranteed extension of scheduled treatment time. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.
- We are a cash-free Resort & Spa. For your convenience we accept credit cards, room charges, & gift certificates.
