The Spa will be open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM 7 days a week.
Open until 8:00PM by volume on weekends.
Your treatment times are held exclusively for you. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel, please contact the spa directly. A 24 hour notification is required for individual treatments and 72 hours for spa packages.
During your time at the spa, guests may relax and enjoy complimentary use of our resort pool post service. A credit card is required to hold all reservations for the spa and we strongly recommend reserving appointments in advance to ensure availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to relax and prepare for your service. Services will begin and end on time, as a courtesy to the next guest. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort while in the spa however, there are no locker facilities to store your personal belongings.
Cancellations: Changes or missed appointments will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per appointment when notification times are not met.

All spa treatments can be customized to accommodate your needs; please don’t hesitate to ask us for anything as your comfort is our primary concern. Unless requested at reservation, your service may be provided by either male or female therapists. All therapists are trained in proper draping and are highly professional.
